May 2026

Welcome to the May 2026 Release of Latner! This month's update brings powerful new capabilities to the platform, including AI-driven reporting, enhanced mobile workflows, and greater flexibility in equipment management. We've also shipped a focused set of improvements to keep your team moving efficiently - from smarter warnings and better process handling to more configurable controls. Below is a full breakdown of what's new in this release.

New Features

AI Reports

Generate reports on the go and surface the data you need with AI-powered reports. Rather than building reports manually, you can now describe what you're looking for and let AI do the heavy lifting - pulling together the right records and presenting them in a clear, actionable format. Whether you need a quick snapshot or a deeper operational view, AI Reports puts the insight right at your fingertips.

Creating Work Orders Mobile

You can now create work orders directly from the mobile app, giving field teams and technicians the ability to log jobs on the spot without needing to jump to a desktop. This keeps work order creation fast and accurate right where the work is happening.

Pre-Allocate Equipment

Equipment can now be pre-allocated ahead of a job or contract, giving your team greater visibility into what's committed and what's available. This makes it easier to plan around demand, reduce double-booking, and ensure the right equipment is ready when and where it's needed.
