Welcome to the May 2025 release of Latner Software. There are a few new features this version that we hope you like, some of the key highlights include:
Summary of changes:
Equipment Type Split
Equipment has now been split into Rental Equipment, Customer Owned Equipment, and Internal Use Equipment. This allows for more controls over what Equipment types users are allowed to view/edit
Equipment Sequential Numbers
A new setting Use Sequential Numbers with a Prefix when Creating New Equipment has been added allowing a Sequential Number to be automatically assigned when creating Equipment. The Prefix can be used to separate Equipment Sequential Numbers into different Prefixes
Tax Rounding Method
Accounting Systems can use different methods when it comes to rounding. A new Tax Rounding Method setting allows Latner to match your account systems rounding method.
Mobile Off Hires
Rental Contracts are now viewable in the Mobile App. This allows for Off Hires to be created in Latner from the Mobile App.
Breaks on Timesheets
Breaks can now be entered when creating a Timesheet within a Work Order
