Welcome to the June 2024 release of Latner Software. There are many updates in this version that we hope you'll like, some of the key highlights include:

Summary of changes:

 

  • CRM Contacts & Customer Contacts are now consolidated

  • When invoicing in advance for C.O.D customers the bill date will default to the expected off hire date

  • Integration with Sage Intacct has been developed

  • A recommended deposit can be set against equipment class & models

  • A financial summary is now displayed on the rental contract header

  • Equipment can be flag as operational or non-operational, effecting whether it is available for rent or not

  • When payments are made against an invoice in MYOB it is synced back to the Latner invoice

  • Manual credit notes can be created against a customer, these can then be applied to an invoice

  • Users can now enter a hour meter that is historical without updating the current hour meter

  • Account codes can be set against internal vs external transport

  • A PDF template can be created for collection dockets

  • Users can change a reserved line on a rental contract for equipment to sub hire equipment

  • Users can apply a credit card surcharge to a customer invoice

  • Users can create a manual deposit against a rental contract

  • When updating the damage waiver on a customer a prompt will ask if you want to update all rental quotes & contracts

  • Users can now searching for a companies ABN using the ABN Lookup tool when creating a customer

  • Users can change the branch on a rental quote after the quote has been created

  • An option has been added to insert journals into Xero for deposit transactions

  • A revenue forecast dashboard created displaying what has been invoiced in the month, and what the expected forecast if all rental contracts were invoiced to the end of the month

  • Performance improvements in searching in various screens

  • Admin users to edit a setting on how customer & supplier codes are generated

  • A transport allocation screen has been created that displays the unallocated transport dockets, drivers and the hours of the date
