A Take 5 is a checklist template of type Take 5, which you write yourself - your own wording, your own steps, your own photo requirements.

It is created on demand. Nothing is pre-attached to the job. The driver or technician taps Add Take 5 when they arrive, and the checklist is created at that moment.

On a Work Order, an outstanding Take 5 hides work entry entirely - no timesheets, no parts, no work completed - and blocks completion.

On a Transport Docket, an outstanding Take 5 blocks both Confirm on each equipment line and Complete Delivery / Complete Pick Up.

The two sides are configured separately, so you can run Take 5 for drivers, for technicians, or for both.

Take 5 is enforced by Latner itself rather than by the app on the phone, so it cannot be worked around from the desktop.
Take 5 is off until you configure it. Both checklist settings hold a template rather than a switch, so leaving them empty means nothing changes anywhere in Latner.
